After having used the ‘Redoable Lite’ wordpress theme since day 1 of the blog in 2008, I felt it was time for a new look, especially as there are a lot more free themes to choose from in 2014.
I’ve settled on the ‘Visual’ theme for the moment, I reserve the right to change my mind at any moment to something completely different. I might even move to a hosted blog at some point but given my total lack of interest (and skills) in anything IT related, I’ll stick with a free one for the foreseeable future!
Mechanical Landscapes 
I prefer the typeface, it’s very elegant! The new look is good.

Thanks Iain, I don’t tend to actually look at my own blog very much, so it’s only recently that I’ve concluded that it needed a revamp! I might have a tinker with theviewfromthenorth.org later as well, I’ve not changed the look or layout on that for about 4 or 5 years either!

Thanks Graham, I’d like to display just one picture and maybe the first few lines of the post, but it doesn’t seem to want to allow that for some reason.
