I’d seen a few photographs online of the upcast headgear, viewed through the downcast headgear structure. My plan was to try and hold my camera over the fence and photograph this through the legs to see if I could get a usable photograph for the typology but I wasn’t expecting much. As I ended up going on site I didn’t need to use this viewpoint, but for fun I thought I’d take some anyway. As I zoomed in, I noticed the angle of one of the supports aligned with that of the headgear so I decided to make a feature of it.

It shouldn’t work, but I think it does for some reason and it is maybe my favourite photograph from this site.
