First shot of the day from my visit to the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway was from a road bridge that overlooks the sheds at Haworth. Although the railway have an excellent viewing area that overlooks the sheds, I tried here first and was rewarded with a view along the rainy valley (it was absolutely throwing it down). Careful composition and some judicious cropping allowed me to include the mill chimney and the terraced roofs, which I quite like as it’s one of those you can’t tell if it was taken in 1963, 2010 or any time in between. Mind you, I’d have preferred it if the diesel shunter wasn’t there.
