Medlock Mill, aka Hotspur Press has been on my radar for some time but has never been a priority and I always forget to take a look when I’m in Manchester.

I finally remembered when I was in the area but only had my IPhone and not much time, so it’s another one to add to the list of places to revisit.

I’m no expert on Manchester but from what I can see it’s probably the only undeveloped industrial building in the city centre area. However plans are afoot to rectify that with the usual residential / retail / office stuff that Manchester has an insatiable demand for.

I love the contrast between the old Manchester and the new – the old brick mill, set against the skyscrapers and the blue skies.
